I am 100% sure that for your kids will be much better to stay in JumeirahBeach Hotel as they have Sinbad’s Kids Club and all of the stuff are really good with kids and families.You can easily leave your kids with the Play attendants for some time.
Second thing, the area is much family oriented and there is less possibility to have any problems of finding your kids around you (not the case with Madinat Jumeirah,because its huge resort and has many rivers and many exits even from the villas itself)
I have stayed in both, and from my point of view I would suggest Jumeirah Beach Hotel
